This will be helpful for film or theatre oriented actors, as the main job of the actor doesn’t change with a camera or an audience; actors need to understand their argument first. The goal of this workshop is to take us back to the first thing we learned about acting but sometimes have trouble doing. This class will help us locate the argument within the script, and best handle our character’s desires and tactics.
The class will be mostly discussion, with no need to “perform”. Participants who bring material can read their text aloud, but don’t need to be on their feet.
