The ultimate answer to “What am I DOING in this moment?”
Energy & Action is a workshop designed to guide you to take your ideas and inspirations, first impressions, impulses, thoughts and emotions about a character, and turn them into specific, bold choices on stage.
The workshop will focus on group exercises and explorations, then individual work on monologues and scenes
You will come away with an awareness of personal energy on stage and ways to cultivate energetic responses; the ability to analyze and structure text; find the emotional journey through a monologue or scene; and bring the script to life with specific actions to reveal character and tell the story.
